Starting off my review, my sales person who had helped me throughout my decisions and options was Michael Tran, my thoughts and opinions mattered to him and as one of his customers I highly appreciated it. He always made sure I met my requirements on buying a new car. Overall give him at 11/10 for sales experience as this would be my first time looking to purchase a new car. Irecently purchased a 2019 CRV, Touring. The whole process went smooth, from consulting to purchasing. First contact was Michael Tran, the salesperson and he did an amazing job in explaining differences among different vehicles. The sale was fairly quick with limited steps. Saying I was unhappy with the experience is an understatement.**editAfter this review, I received a phone call from the GM, Rysam. I know when someone is disingenuous, however this was not the case. He was concerned and listened to everything I had to say and really heard me.. Yes it was a very rocky start but overall I’m happy with how it ended and even more happy with my car.

Dec 2022:shortly after I traded in my Mazda 6 for the 2022 Civic, I recently also traded in my 2018 CRV for a 2023 CRV Hybrid. The same excellent service quality delivered by Jason, Franklin and the Finance team (Eugene and the other young lady who I forgot her name). The delivery process is very smooth. Including the process with the finance team and insurance team, the whole process took less than 3 hours, which also include the time and patience Franklin used to explain the car features to me and my wife. Jason is politely enough to thank me for the purchase a few times. A very polite and professional team (and dealership) I would recommend to everyone.Back in Aug 2022:Just traded in my Mazda for a 2022 Honda Civic Touring.Dealt with Franklin, Jason and Eugene who are extremely pleasant to work with. The purchasing process is smooth and efficient. I went in for oil change left with new Passport how did that happen. Amazing Team at Honda sales, service, insurance and finance. I have been a customer for well over 15 years. Not once have I walked in there that I didn’t feel welcome. Hands down the BEST not to mention you actually get a great trade in value. As a comparison I had a 2012 Mercedes 10,000 klm Mercedes offered me 2000.00 for a trade sold it for $25,000.
