Jamie is the best non-sales guy ever. No pressure. No hassle. No crazy sales tactics. If there was an award Jamie should win it! Financing is always a breeze. They break it down for you and give you all of the options and amounts so you can choose the best one for you. Our trade in was also top value. In the past I dreaded buying a new vehicle. PTSD from old dealerships and experiences. Not with Westwood Honda! I am already planning my third vehicle I plan to buy from them!

Dec 2022:shortly after I traded in my Mazda 6 for the 2022 Civic, I recently also traded in my 2018 CRV for a 2023 CRV Hybrid. The same excellent service quality delivered by Jason, Franklin and the Finance team (Eugene and the other young lady who I forgot her name). The delivery process is very smooth. Including the process with the finance team and insurance team, the whole process took less than 3 hours, which also include the time and patience Franklin used to explain the car features to me and my wife. Jason is politely enough to thank me for the purchase a few times. A very polite and professional team (and dealership) I would recommend to everyone.Back in Aug 2022:Just traded in my Mazda for a 2022 Honda Civic Touring.Dealt with Franklin, Jason and Eugene who are extremely pleasant to work with. The purchasing process is smooth and efficient. I went in for oil change left with new Passport how did that happen. Amazing Team at Honda sales, service, insurance and finance. I have been a customer for well over 15 years. Not once have I walked in there that I didn’t feel welcome. Hands down the BEST not to mention you actually get a great trade in value. As a comparison I had a 2012 Mercedes 10,000 klm Mercedes offered me 2000.00 for a trade sold it for $25,000. We were greeted by Emily Morimoto, their Sales & Lease Consultant, who were very passionate introducing to us the model of Ridgeline pickup truck and brought us the news of having the only new one stock of 2023 with our favorite sonic grey color!
