Just became a huge fan of Port Moody Honda. My car got towed to Port Moody. I’m expecting a big bill for the fix. Not a great day. I was replacing my spark plugs in the parking to try to see if that would fix the issue (it didn’t). Some guy blowing leaves that worked for Honda came over and asked if it was a 301 issue or something like that. I can’t remember the exact code but when he said it, I was like, ya, that’s what I saw on the little computer that read the error codes from the previous shop that looked at the car and said I had to take it to the dealership. He explained that he wasn’t a mechanic but thought that might be the issue. Super nice guy. I thought he was going to yell at me for working on my car in the parking lot. Then the service people were so nice and accommodating. They literally took care of everything and were super friendly. What a great experience. I’m definitely going to consider this place the next time I am thinking about buying a car.

This is the best dealership for parts and servicing. I've been getting my car serviced here for a few years and every single time the experience is fantastic. I normally see Trevor (amazing advisor!) but he was off so I had the pleasure of working with Rahul (also amazing!!). He was friendly and helpful with all my questions. Most importantly he was honest with what I needed done. The service department is always organized, on time, and a smooth experience no matter which advisor I see. I love the text updates and the convenient Uber rides. Everything about the way the service department is run truly is a delight on the customer's end.

What really made my day yesterday was when Rahul, Max from parts, and Michael C. the service manager all went above and beyond to fix some existing damage to my paint. They took care of it with compassion and empathy and saved me hundreds of dollars. I don't know any other dealership that would do this.
