I have been with Westwood Honda since 2016 and for good reason. The service is outstanding and i have personally experienced an event showing that they go above and beyond what is required for customer satisfaction. Although all departments are very good, this particular experience was with the service department.

If I could buy a car every single day just to hang out with the team at Westwood Honda, I genuinely would. I don’t purchase vehicles often, and I usually dread the process, but this wasn't just a "transaction", it was the most incredible experience I’ve ever had.

Gary, Amar, and Mateo were great to deal with. I've bought vehicles from Mitsubishi, and smaller lots, and it's like night and day at this location. We met Jamie Fisher while we were looking for a vehicle in the Port Moody area. He didn’t have exactly what we needed but advised a 2016 CRV was arriving soon. A few days later Jamie contacted us and as we live on the Sunshine Coast sent us a video of the CRV. I was looking to purchase a previously owned vehicle this year and found Jamie to be very helpful in helping me with my search.

I had a very positive service experience at Port Moody Honda with my Honda CR-V Hybrid.
My 12-volt battery had died after the car sat for a few days. The service team performed a thorough inspection, including a battery test and parasitic draw check. The battery was replaced under warranty and everything else was confirmed to be within normal limits.
The whole process took about four hours, which is understandable considering the amount of testing involved. What really stood out was the professionalism of Vince Dela Cruz. He was very polite, explained things clearly, and even arranged an Uber for my commute while the vehicle was being checked.

I encountered an issue with my car's anti-theft system today. Despite following the instructions, I could not reset it. I brought the car to Westwood Honda, where Vince at the Service Department assisted me. After I explained the issue, he managed to resolve the problem in less than 10 minutes. Besides, I visited Westwood Honda last week with a concern about a strange noise coming from my CRV hybrid. Marc from the Mechanic/Tech Department who was extremely knowledgeable and professional provided me a clear and detailed explanation of the issue patiently after the inspection, and he fixed the issue expertly. He is a truly reliable and customer-focused professional.

I just visited Westwood Honda today for a recall service. When I picked up my car, I suddenly would like to have the window wipers change as well. John, the service advisor, performed a filter and wipers change immediately. I was highly impressed with the efficient and quality service. He was very professional and provided excellent customer service. I would also thank you to Johnson who assisted me for the recall service check-in procedure and an Asia gentleman (I forgot to ask his name.) who worked at the check in station. They were both very courteous and helpful.

I had an excellent experience selling my car at Westwood Honda. Their offer was SIGNIFICANTLY higher than what I was getting from Clutch, and the level of professionalism was on a completely different level. After speaking with Jack, I didn't even bother exploring other options, they were genuinely willing to work with you and made the process seamless. Highly recommend!
