The service is outstanding and i have personally experienced an event showing that they go above and beyond what is required for customer satisfaction. Although all departments are very good, this particular experience was with the service department.

I had a very positive service experience at Port Moody Honda with my Honda CR-V Hybrid.
My 12-volt battery had died after the car sat for a few days. The service team performed a thorough inspection, including a battery test and parasitic draw check. The battery was replaced under warranty and everything else was confirmed to be within normal limits.
The whole process took about four hours, which is understandable considering the amount of testing involved. What really stood out was the professionalism of Vince Dela Cruz. He was very polite, explained things clearly, and even arranged an Uber for my commute while the vehicle was being checked.
