This is the best dealership for parts and servicing. I've been getting my car serviced here for a few years and every single time the experience is fantastic. I normally see Trevor (amazing advisor!) but he was off so I had the pleasure of working with Rahul (also amazing!!). He was friendly and helpful with all my questions. Most importantly he was honest with what I needed done. The service department is always organized, on time, and a smooth experience no matter which advisor I see. I love the text updates and the convenient Uber rides. Everything about the way the service department is run truly is a delight on the customer's end.

What really made my day yesterday was when Rahul, Max from parts, and Michael C. the service manager all went above and beyond to fix some existing damage to my paint. They took care of it with compassion and empathy and saved me hundreds of dollars. I don't know any other dealership that would do this. Honestly, I was expecting to be shuttled off to some third party shop for body work or the like. They got all the damage off and made it look brand new again. I've been having a really hard week and this totally turned my day around yesterday. Thank you Rahul, Max, and Michael for your kindness. It might have been a small thing to fix but it was a huge relief for me. I'll always be coming back to Westwood Honda because of the real human service.

If your car needs mechanical repairs — even ICBC-related work — take it to this dealership. They have an outstanding team of technicians and service staff. Marc and Vincent were especially great throughout the entire process.

We originally took our brand new CR-V hybrid to a third-party mechanic for ICBC repairs due to a collision with the curb, but the job was incomplete and the receipt didn’t match the work claimed. The car came from that shop with a noticeable chirping and humming durr-durr noise afterward.

Marc and Vincent were incredibly insightful, patient and professional, following up with us across appointments over a few weeks to make sure the car was properly repaired. They provided accurate and transparent reports for both us and ICBC, which helped us with the reimbursement process, and ensured the vehicle was restored to its original condition.

Highly recommend their honesty, persistence, and quality of service.
