Even before purchasing my car from this dealership in 2020, I had been bringing my vehicle to them for years. I appreciate their honesty, as they never attempt to pressure you into repairs and promptly inform you if an immediate fix is necessary or if you can defer it. When I made the purchase, I felt no pressure to buy. In fact, I felt compelled to initiate the sale, which I enjoyed because I did not perceive anyone attempting to persuade me to purchase the vehicle. I have consistently utilized their services, and when they make an error, I promptly point it out. They rectify the issue immediately and apologize. even if it’s a few weeks after the appointment. The only caution I would advise others about this dealership is the wait time. If you intend to service your vehicle here, make a plan to return home or arrange for transportation. They even offer rides to and from the dealership. While I tend to wait between 3 to 5 hours for my vehicle, I am more than willing to wait due to the exceptional customer service I receive and the high quality of work performed on my vehicle. I will never go to any other dealership.

I did not buy a car from here directly but, bought a 2018 Honda Civic off a small used lot which came with an array of issues besides looking decent I should have had a mechanic inspect it. I brought the car in after I purchased it and went to Honda for a part recall and let the service staff know there was some issues I’d like to get checked.They didn’t just check it but seriously rectified the issues and, got my cooling fan temporarily running until a full repair would be done! I’m super thankful as the car was seriously overheating due to the issues that weren’t brought up off a used lot when I bought off a used auto group.If I do end up purchasing a new Honda I’ll definitely buy straight from the source and, I’ll go to Westwood Honda! The only thing I would remove one star for was that it took quite a long time to get the actual car due to inventory - we had to wait over a month (from February to March 2025) but this is not Eddie's fault.
