I encountered an issue with my car's anti-theft system today. Despite following the instructions, I could not reset it. I brought the car to Westwood Honda, where Vince at the Service Department assisted me. After I explained the issue, he managed to resolve the problem in less than 10 minutes. Vince is very helpful and kind. His expertise and efficient service save me time and stress. Great customer service!!

Besides, I visited Westwood Honda last week with a concern about a strange noise coming from my CRV hybrid. Marc from the Mechanic/Tech Department who was extremely knowledgeable and professional provided me a clear and detailed explanation of the issue patiently after the inspection, and he fixed the issue expertly. He is a truly reliable and customer-focused professional.

I just visited Westwood Honda today for a recall service. When I picked up my car, I suddenly would like to have the window wipers change as well. John, the service advisor, performed a filter and wipers change immediately. I was highly impressed with the efficient and quality service. He was very professional and provided excellent customer service. I would also thank you to Johnson who assisted me for the recall service check-in procedure and an Asia gentleman (I forgot to ask his name.) who worked at the check in station. They were both very courteous and helpful.

Just became a huge fan of Port Moody Honda. My car got towed to Port Moody. I’m expecting a big bill for the fix. Not a great day. I was replacing my spark plugs in the parking to try to see if that would fix the issue (it didn’t). Some guy blowing leaves that worked for Honda came over and asked if it was a 301 issue or something like that. I can’t remember the exact code but when he said it, I was like, ya, that’s what I saw on the little computer that read the error codes from the previous shop that looked at the car and said I had to take it to the dealership. He explained that he wasn’t a mechanic but thought that might be the issue. Super nice guy. I thought he was going to yell at me for working on my car in the parking lot. Then the service people were so nice and accommodating. They literally took care of everything and were super friendly. What a great experience. I’m definitely going to consider this place the next time I am thinking about buying a car.

This is the best dealership for parts and servicing. I've been getting my car serviced here for a few years and every single time the experience is fantastic. I normally see Trevor (amazing advisor!) but he was off so I had the pleasure of working with Rahul (also amazing!!). He was friendly and helpful with all my questions. Most importantly he was honest with what I needed done. The service department is always organized, on time, and a smooth experience no matter which advisor I see. I love the text updates and the convenient Uber rides. Everything about the way the service department is run truly is a delight on the customer's end.

What really made my day yesterday was when Rahul, Max from parts, and Michael C. the service manager all went above and beyond to fix some existing damage to my paint. They took care of it with compassion and empathy and saved me hundreds of dollars. I don't know any other dealership that would do this. Honestly, I was expecting to be shuttled off to some third party shop for body work or the like. They got all the damage off and made it look brand new again. I've been having a really hard week and this totally turned my day around yesterday. Thank you Rahul, Max, and Michael for your kindness. It might have been a small thing to fix but it was a huge relief for me. I'll always be coming back to Westwood Honda because of the real human service.
