I had a great experience selling my car, Jack was honest, transparent, and most importantly not pushy, so he made me feel comfortable and gained my trust and offered me the best deal possible. He was also very professional and took care of all the necessary paperwork, so it was a very easy, fast and seamless process. I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell their Honda. I've had the same positive experience with the service department at this dealership. All around a good place to go for Honda lovers.
Response from the owner:Thank you, S! We're glad to hear you had a great experience selling your car and that Jack's honesty and professionalism made the process seamless for you. We appreciate your recommendation and are happy to know you also had a positive experience with our service department. Your support means a lot to us! I bought my first car from Ellin Yun at Honda, and she was so kind and clearly had real pride in Honda vehicles, which made me trust the purchase completely. I loved the experience so much that I'd definitely want to buy my second car from Ellin too. Also, everyone at Honda was friendly, and whenever I had questions, they took the time to explain everything clearly. Great experience overall.
Response from the owner:Thank you, Shin, for your wonderful feedback! It's fantastic to hear that Ellin made your first car buying experience so positive, and I appreciate your recognition of the entire Honda team. We look forward to assisting you with your second car! My wife and I have been enjoying our new 2025 Honda Pilot and were in the market for some new winter rims for it. We were online looking but didn’t want to order the wrong rims for our snow tires. Once again, Westwood Honda, Trevor Kelly-Service Advisor to be specific, went over and above to ensure that we order the correct rims for our upcoming service appt. for our Honda. We can’t stress enough how appreciative we are that we can contact the dealership and they will support you with anything related to your vehicle. We continue to be loyal Westwood customers. The Urquharts
Response from the owner:Thank you, Emma! We're so glad to hear that you and your wife are enjoying your new Honda Pilot and had a great experience with Trevor. Your loyalty means a lot to us, and we're always here to support you with anything you need for your vehicle. Rysam MacIver General Sales Manager Westwood Honda

Been looking for car and ran into Michael which helped me find a manual car that was a lot harder to find. Didn't feel pressured and was a good experience. He helped me with also teaching me how to drive and giving me some tips for when I drive on the road. Would totally recommend Michael for anyone who's is looking or wanting to buy a car.
Response from the owner:Thank you, Oliver! I'm glad to hear that Michael was able to assist you in finding the manual car you were looking for and that you had a positive experience. Your recommendation means a lot to us! Rysam MacIver General Sales Manager Westwood Honda

Great experience at Westwood Honda! My daughter connected with Ellin Yun on social media about my interest in a new car, and when I came in, Ellin made the process easy and enjoyable. I ended up getting a 2026 Honda Civic Hybrid Sport Touring, with Ellin and her sales manager Jason Powell taking great care of me. Finalizing the paperwork with the finance manager and insurance broker was smooth and hassle-free — no stress at all. I bought a Honda Accord from Westwood Honda in 2001, and I had it for 15 years, so coming back to Honda felt right. Only had the Civic a day, but it already rides great — I can see myself keeping this one a long time! I would recommend Westwood Honda, and especially Ellin Yun, if you are in the market for a vehicle.
Response from the owner:Thank you, Sylvia! We're so glad to hear that you had a great experience with Ellin and Jason. It’s wonderful to know that you’re enjoying your new Honda Civic Hybrid Sport Touring. We appreciate your recommendation and look forward to serving you again in the future! 5 stars isn't enough for Ellin! Hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Ellin was knowledgeable, honest, and worked incredibly hard to get me a great deal without any of the usual dealership headaches. The whole process was smooth from test drive to handover. If you’re looking for a top-tier sales advisor who actually cares about their clients, go see Ellin Yun!

I highly recommend this dealership! After doing very thorough research, visiting many different dealerships, and comparing all my options, I can confidently say that Westwood Honda is the best choice when buying a car. It was the easiest, most transparent, and most welcoming car-buying experience I've ever had. And take it from someone who likes to carefully compare options and create detailed spreadsheets with all the offers, incentives, and important details about a car before making a decision XD! When I arrived, I didn't have to think twice. I ended up buying my new car from them during my very first appointment. They were incredibly helpful, honest, and transparent from the very beginning, which is something I truly appreciated. Mike and Jason were outstanding, and the entire team was wonderful. The financing and insurance staff were also very helpful, attentive, and professional throughout the process. If you want the best deal and the best value for your money, I highly recommend visiting Westwood Honda!

I had a good experience in buying a Civic Si from Ellin at Westwood Honda. I specifically wanted a red model, and the team at Westwood worked to have a red Civic allocated from the factory to this dealership. I am loving the car right now, and I can say for a fact I would have loved it slightly less if it weren't red, so it's really great that the team managed to wiggle a red one in, especially at the end of the Si's production run! Thank you!
Response from the owner:Thank you, Peter! We're glad to hear you had a great experience with Ellin and that the team was able to secure the red Civic Si for you. Enjoy your new car! Rysam MacIver General Sales Manager Westwood Honda

Absolutely wonderful experience at Port Moody Honda! We were going through a financial situation that had been weighing on us for a while, and after visiting several dealerships trying to find a solution, we’re so glad we came here. A special thank you to Jack, who was one of the most knowledgeable and genuine people we’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. He was incredibly understanding and compassionate, and we could truly feel that he wanted to help. He gave us his best offer right away, and it was the best offer we received by far. From the moment we walked in, the entire team was welcoming and professional. Thank you, Jack, for helping turn a very stressful situation into a positive experience. We’re truly grateful and highly recommend Port Moody Honda! 🤍

Buying a car can be a stressful or overwhelming experience but with Westwood Honda, it was anything but that. My husband and I recently bought a Civic Hybrid from them and if you are in the market for a car, I highly recommend that you visit Westwood Honda. They are welcoming and attentive to your needs, but unlike others, do not apply any pressure tactics. We worked with Minisa Mozhdeh Salari (Sales Person) and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We also appreciated the sales price transparency that Rick provided voluntarily. It was great to have all our questions answered to our satisfaction and we are extremely happy with our experience.
Response from the owner:Thank you, S7n! We're so glad to hear that your car buying experience with us was smooth and enjoyable. It's wonderful to know that Minisa and Rick provided the support and transparency you appreciated. Your recommendation means a lot to us! Rysam MacIver General Sales Manager Westwood Honda

I don’t usually write a review, but I would like to share experience we had when we went to purchase a used car for my daughter. We went to the car lot and expected to be hassled by sales people, but we were left to look around and pick a few that we might like to look at. My daughter went inside and she was greeted by the most friendly, happy and helpful sales person I’ve ever dealt with. We immediately felt like we struck the jackpot when we got Ellin Yun. Ellin got the keys to the cars we were interested in and she explained everything to us. We purchased a 2020 Nissan and my daughter drove it home, but she decided that she wanted a different vehicle and, because they offer a 7 day return policy we just went back to Ellin and she made everything great and we purchased a 2019 Mitsubishi and my daughter loves it. My family has purchased and leased other cars from Westwood Honda and find it to be a great company, but what really makes it great is people like Ellin that care about people as well as selling vehicles. I think any company would love to have her work for them because she will always bring people back to her wherever she is. Thank you so much Ellin you’re the best. I would also like to thank Rick the used car manager for helping us out with the sale together they are a great team. Thanks again for all your help and we will see you again.
Response from the owner:Thank you, Bob, for sharing your experience! We're glad to hear that Ellin and Rick provided you and your daughter with such great service. It's wonderful that you found the perfect vehicle, and we appreciate your kind words about our team. We look forward to seeing you again! Rysam MacIver General Sales Manager Westwood Honda
Keasha Roberts
Went in today for a test drive and had the best experience. Test drove a few vehicles and ended up leaving in a beautiful Honda civic. Special shout-out to our sales associates Gary (and eventually Amar) were so fantastic. Nothing but smiles and trying to find me the best vehicle. They made me feel seen and heard and didn't try to push more on than I was looking at. We worked with Ivan for financing, and he truly sealed the deal. Worked hard to make sure we had the best deal. Lots of friendly conversation, and kept our spirits up after a long day at the dealership. I would recommend Westwood Honda to friends and family, and would recommend anyone to work with those 3. 12/10 experience, I left happier than when I went in.
Response from the owner:Thank you, Keasha! We're so glad to hear you had such a positive experience with Gary, Amar, and Ivan. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we're thrilled you left with a beautiful Honda Civic. Enjoy your new ride! Rysam MacIver General Sales Manager Westwood Honda
Tristan Johnson
I'm very indecisive and have come into the dealership many times to look at vehicles and they are always welcoming and willing to spend time with me. We brought our older truck that we were selling and they were prepared to buy it without us buying a vehicle from them, and provided a higher amount than any other dealership. I couldn't be more pleased with this dealership.
Response from the owner:Thank you, Tristan, for your kind words! We're glad to hear that our team made your visits welcoming and enjoyable. It's great to know that you were pleased with the offer for your truck. We appreciate your trust in us and look forward to assisting you again! Rysam MacIver General Sales Manager Westwood Honda
