I don’t usually write a review, but I would like to share experience we had when we went to purchase a used car for my daughter. We went to the car lot and expected to be hassled by sales people, but we were left to look around and pick a few that we might like to look at. My daughter went inside and she was greeted by the most friendly, happy and helpful sales person I’ve ever dealt with. We immediately felt like we struck the jackpot when we got Ellin Yun. Ellin got the keys to the cars we were interested in and she explained everything to us. We purchased a 2020 Nissan and my daughter drove it home, but she decided that she wanted a different vehicle and, because they offer a 7 day return policy we just went back to Ellin and she made everything great and we purchased a 2019 Mitsubishi and my daughter loves it. My family has purchased and leased other cars from Westwood Honda and find it to be a great company, but what really makes it great is people like Ellin that care about people as well as selling vehicles. I think any company would love to have her work for them because she will always bring people back to her wherever she is. Thank you so much Ellin you’re the best. Went in today for a test drive and had the best experience. Test drove a few vehicles and ended up leaving in a beautiful Honda civic. I was super fortunate to be addressed by Vince Dela Cruz. Man he provided me with confidence, guidance and saved me money. He took it upon himself to speak to the management of Jim Pattison to get the charges born by them as it was part of the checks that were suggested we rather conduct with Honda than at Jim Pattison.
