Great experience at Westwood Honda! My daughter connected with Ellin Yun on social media about my interest in a new car, and when I came in, Ellin made the process easy and enjoyable. I ended up getting a 2026 Honda Civic Hybrid Sport Touring, with Ellin and her sales manager Jason Powell taking great care of me. Finalizing the paperwork with the finance manager and insurance broker was smooth and hassle-free — no stress at all. I specifically wanted a red model, and the team at Westwood worked to have a red Civic allocated from the factory to this dealership. I am loving the car right now, and I can say for a fact I would have loved it slightly less if it weren't red, so it's really great that the team managed to wiggle a red one in, especially at the end of the Si's production run! I don’t usually write a review, but I would like to share experience we had when we went to purchase a used car for my daughter. We went to the car lot and expected to be hassled by sales people, but we were left to look around and pick a few that we might like to look at. My daughter went inside and she was greeted by the most friendly, happy and helpful sales person I’ve ever dealt with. We immediately felt like we struck the jackpot when we got Ellin Yun. Ellin got the keys to the cars we were interested in and she explained everything to us. We purchased a 2020 Nissan and my daughter drove it home, but she decided that she wanted a different vehicle and, because they offer a 7 day return policy we just went back to Ellin and she made everything great and we purchased a 2019 Mitsubishi and my daughter loves it. My family has purchased and leased other cars from Westwood Honda and find it to be a great company, but what really makes it great is people like Ellin that care about people as well as selling vehicles. I think any company would love to have her work for them because she will always bring people back to her wherever she is. Thank you so much Ellin you’re the best. Went in today for a test drive and had the best experience. Test drove a few vehicles and ended up leaving in a beautiful Honda civic. Special shout-out to our sales associates Gary (and eventually Amar) were so fantastic. Nothing but smiles and trying to find me the best vehicle. They made me feel seen and heard and didn't try to push more on than I was looking at. We worked with Ivan for financing, and he truly sealed the deal. Worked hard to make sure we had the best deal. Lots of friendly conversation, and kept our spirits up after a long day at the dealership.
