Being new to the area, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but working with Franklin and Ivan at Westwood made the whole experience such a pleasure. Both gentlemen were incredibly kind, down-to-earth, honest, and had a great sense of humour. They made what can be a stressful process feel easy, comfortable, and actually pretty fun! I really appreciated how genuine and personable they both were throughout the experience. Such a great team, and I’ll definitely be looking forward to seeing them again the next time I’m car shopping. Thanks again, Franklin and Ivan:)

Response from the owner:Thank you, Hannah! We're glad to hear that Franklin and Ivan made your experience enjoyable and stress-free. Your kind words mean a lot to us, and we look forward to seeing you again when you're ready to shop for your next car! Rysam MacIver General Sales Manager Westwood Honda

Had the pleasure of working with Minisa in sales and Yulia in finance for the purchase of a vehicle today. Both were super helpful and professional from start to finish. They made the process very easy and were straightforward and thoughtful. Very different from my experience elsewhere in lower mainland.

Response from the owner:Thank you, Ekg! We're glad to hear that Minisa and Yulia provided you with such a positive experience during your vehicle purchase. It's great to know that their professionalism and helpfulness made the process easy for you. We appreciate your feedback! Rysam MacIver General Sales Manager Westwood Honda

After replacing Honda Odyssey’s battery ourselves, we could not start our vehicle and know it has something to do with the immobilizer but didn’t know how to bypass it. Called Canadian Tire’s Auto Department and they couldn't help. In dire need we called Westwood Honda for help as Google showed they were still open (we didn’t purchase our vehicle here btw). At 5:38pm, the reception answered the phone with courtesy and shared that the service shop closed at 5:30pm, but she will go check if there’s still anyone around. A few moments later, John came on the line and gave us the trick to start the engine. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for a customer you’ve never met!

Response from the owner:Thank you, Alice! We're glad to hear that John was able to assist you and provide the help you needed. Your kind words mean a lot to us, and we appreciate your trust in Westwood Honda, even though you didn't purchase your vehicle here. Rysam MacIver General Sales Manager Westwood Honda

Ellin has been extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and genuinely tried her best to help me understand all the details. I really appreciate her honesty, transparency, and willingness to assist, even with complicated questions regarding taxes and registration across provinces. Her customer service has been excellent, and she made the whole experience much easier and more comfortable. Thank you, Ellin, for all your help and support! Highly recommended.

Response from the owner:Thank you, Sumit! We truly appreciate your kind words about Ellin's assistance and her commitment to providing excellent customer service. It's great to hear that she made the process easier and more comfortable for you. Your recommendation means a lot to us! Rysam MacIver General Sales Manager Westwood Honda

I purchased a car from Westwood Honda last week, and let me tell you, great service from all employees. Mike Afshar, our Sales Associate, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and personable. He took his time to talk with us, get to know what our wants/needs/desires were, and made sure that we were well educated on the newest features Honda has to offer. Sales Manager, Jason Powell, was polite and greeted us and sent us off after our purchase; again, very pleasant to interact with. The financial manager we spoke with, Sergio Najarro, was easy to speak with, laid things out clearly and efficiently, and also was extremely relatable and well-mannered. Overall, extremely happy with the service as Westwood Honda, and we will be back to purchase our next family car!

Response from the owner:Thank you, Elissa! We appreciate your kind words about Mike, Jason, and Sergio. It's wonderful to hear that you had such a positive experience with us. We're looking forward to helping you with your next family car! Rysam MacIver General Sales Manager Westwood Honda

I had a great experience selling my car, Jack was honest, transparent, and most importantly not pushy, so he made me feel comfortable and gained my trust and offered me the best deal possible. He was also very professional and took care of all the necessary paperwork, so it was a very easy, fast and seamless process. I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell their Honda. I've had the same positive experience with the service department at this dealership. All around a good place to go for Honda lovers.

Response from the owner:Thank you, S! We're glad to hear you had a great experience selling your car and that Jack's honesty and professionalism made the process seamless for you. We appreciate your recommendation and are happy to know you also had a positive experience with our service department. Your support means a lot to us! I bought my first car from Ellin Yun at Honda, and she was so kind and clearly had real pride in Honda vehicles, which made me trust the purchase completely. I loved the experience so much that I'd definitely want to buy my second car from Ellin too. Also, everyone at Honda was friendly, and whenever I had questions, they took the time to explain everything clearly. Great experience overall.

Response from the owner:Thank you, Shin, for your wonderful feedback! It's fantastic to hear that Ellin made your first car buying experience so positive, and I appreciate your recognition of the entire Honda team. We look forward to assisting you with your second car! My wife and I have been enjoying our new 2025 Honda Pilot and were in the market for some new winter rims for it. We were online looking but didn’t want to order the wrong rims for our snow tires. Once again, Westwood Honda, Trevor Kelly-Service Advisor to be specific, went over and above to ensure that we order the correct rims for our upcoming service appt. for our Honda. We can’t stress enough how appreciative we are that we can contact the dealership and they will support you with anything related to your vehicle. We continue to be loyal Westwood customers. The Urquharts

Response from the owner:Thank you, Emma! We're so glad to hear that you and your wife are enjoying your new Honda Pilot and had a great experience with Trevor. Your loyalty means a lot to us, and we're always here to support you with anything you need for your vehicle. Rysam MacIver General Sales Manager Westwood Honda

Been looking for car and ran into Michael which helped me find a manual car that was a lot harder to find. Didn't feel pressured and was a good experience. He helped me with also teaching me how to drive and giving me some tips for when I drive on the road. Would totally recommend Michael for anyone who's is looking or wanting to buy a car.

Response from the owner:Thank you, Oliver! I'm glad to hear that Michael was able to assist you in finding the manual car you were looking for and that you had a positive experience. Your recommendation means a lot to us! Rysam MacIver General Sales Manager Westwood Honda

Sylvia Byers

Great experience at Westwood Honda! My daughter connected with Ellin Yun on social media about my interest in a new car, and when I came in, Ellin made the process easy and enjoyable. I ended up getting a 2026 Honda Civic Hybrid Sport Touring, with Ellin and her sales manager Jason Powell taking great care of me. Finalizing the paperwork with the finance manager and insurance broker was smooth and hassle-free — no stress at all. I bought a Honda Accord from Westwood Honda in 2001, and I had it for 15 years, so coming back to Honda felt right. Only had the Civic a day, but it already rides great — I can see myself keeping this one a long time! I would recommend Westwood Honda, and especially Ellin Yun, if you are in the market for a vehicle.

Response from the owner:Thank you, Sylvia! We're so glad to hear that you had a great experience with Ellin and Jason. It’s wonderful to know that you’re enjoying your new Honda Civic Hybrid Sport Touring. We appreciate your recommendation and look forward to serving you again in the future! 5 stars isn't enough for Ellin! Hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Ellin was knowledgeable, honest, and worked incredibly hard to get me a great deal without any of the usual dealership headaches. The whole process was smooth from test drive to handover. If you’re looking for a top-tier sales advisor who actually cares about their clients, go see Ellin Yun!

Xanat Guiot

I highly recommend this dealership! After doing very thorough research, visiting many different dealerships, and comparing all my options, I can confidently say that Westwood Honda is the best choice when buying a car. It was the easiest, most transparent, and most welcoming car-buying experience I've ever had. And take it from someone who likes to carefully compare options and create detailed spreadsheets with all the offers, incentives, and important details about a car before making a decision XD! When I arrived, I didn't have to think twice. I ended up buying my new car from them during my very first appointment. They were incredibly helpful, honest, and transparent from the very beginning, which is something I truly appreciated. Mike and Jason were outstanding, and the entire team was wonderful. The financing and insurance staff were also very helpful, attentive, and professional throughout the process. If you want the best deal and the best value for your money, I highly recommend visiting Westwood Honda!

Response from the owner:Thank you, Xanat, for your fantastic review! We're so glad to hear you had such a positive experience with us and that our team, including Mike and Jason, made your car-buying journey enjoyable and transparent. Your thorough research and recommendations mean a lot to us! Rysam MacIver General Sales Manager Westwood Honda

Peter Peng

I had a good experience in buying a Civic Si from Ellin at Westwood Honda. I specifically wanted a red model, and the team at Westwood worked to have a red Civic allocated from the factory to this dealership. I am loving the car right now, and I can say for a fact I would have loved it slightly less if it weren't red, so it's really great that the team managed to wiggle a red one in, especially at the end of the Si's production run! Thank you!

Response from the owner:Thank you, Peter! We're glad to hear you had a great experience with Ellin and that the team was able to secure the red Civic Si for you. Enjoy your new car! Rysam MacIver General Sales Manager Westwood Honda

Paul Ham

MELIKA SABA

Absolutely wonderful experience at Port Moody Honda! We were going through a financial situation that had been weighing on us for a while, and after visiting several dealerships trying to find a solution, we’re so glad we came here. A special thank you to Jack, who was one of the most knowledgeable and genuine people we’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. He was incredibly understanding and compassionate, and we could truly feel that he wanted to help. He gave us his best offer right away, and it was the best offer we received by far. From the moment we walked in, the entire team was welcoming and professional. Thank you, Jack, for helping turn a very stressful situation into a positive experience. We’re truly grateful and highly recommend Port Moody Honda! 🤍

Buying a car can be a stressful or overwhelming experience but with Westwood Honda, it was anything but that. My husband and I recently bought a Civic Hybrid from them and if you are in the market for a car, I highly recommend that you visit Westwood Honda. They are welcoming and attentive to your needs, but unlike others, do not apply any pressure tactics. We worked with Minisa Mozhdeh Salari (Sales Person) and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We also appreciated the sales price transparency that Rick provided voluntarily. It was great to have all our questions answered to our satisfaction and we are extremely happy with our experience.

Response from the owner:Thank you, S7n! We're so glad to hear that your car buying experience with us was smooth and enjoyable. It's wonderful to know that Minisa and Rick provided the support and transparency you appreciated. Your recommendation means a lot to us! Rysam MacIver General Sales Manager Westwood Honda
