After replacing Honda Odyssey’s battery ourselves, we could not start our vehicle and know it has something to do with the immobilizer but didn’t know how to bypass it. Called Canadian Tire’s Auto Department and they couldn't help. In dire need we called Westwood Honda for help as Google showed they were still open (we didn’t purchase our vehicle here btw). At 5:38pm, the reception answered the phone with courtesy and shared that the service shop closed at 5:30pm, but she will go check if there’s still anyone around. A few moments later, John came on the line and gave us the trick to start the engine. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for a customer you’ve never met!
